This Privacy Policy describes how Visibility Fuel LLC ("Visibility Fuel," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, and share information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, and other products or services (collectively, the "Services"). We collect information through our applications and Services, not through external or offline means unless otherwise stated. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We May Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically when you use our Services. This may include:

  • Contact information such as name and email address, when voluntarily provided
  • Device and usage data, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and general usage patterns
  • Analytics data related to how you interact with our Services, including pages visited, features used, and session duration
  • Any other information you choose to provide to us

2. How We May Use Information

We may use the information we collect for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our Services
  • Developing new products, features, and functionality
  • Understanding how users interact with our Services
  • Communicating with you about products, services, and updates
  • Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers, vendors, and partners who assist us in operating our Services
  • In response to legal process or government requests, as required by applicable law
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Visibility Fuel, our users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets
  • With your consent or at your direction

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies — including Google Analytics and comparable platforms — to collect usage data, analyze trends, and improve our Services. These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our Services.

Third-party analytics providers may also set their own cookies and collect data independently in accordance with their own privacy policies. By using our Services, you consent to the use of these tracking technologies.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including analytics providers, advertising networks, and platform services (such as Apple and Google). These third parties may collect information about you independently. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7. Your Choices

You may have certain choices regarding the information we collect:

  • You may adjust your browser or device settings to limit or refuse cookies, although doing so may affect the functionality of our Services
  • You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on
  • You may choose not to provide certain information, though this may limit your ability to use some features of our Services

Please note that due to technical limitations, we may not be able to fulfill all requests related to the deletion of previously collected data.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is currently no industry standard for how companies should respond to Do Not Track signals. Accordingly, our Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track requests.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visibility Fuel provides its Services and this Privacy Policy on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Visibility Fuel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any data practices described herein.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our data practices shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of Missouri. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
